How to wake up quickly and get in the right frame of mind early in the morning?
The night before sets you up for success or failure. But assume you did everything right and slept enough. Even so, how to wake up and get started?
Light and sunshine
Move away from the bed and bedroom
Water with lemon or tea/coffee
I just woke, and I woke to negative thoughts. I asked myself, first, how does negativity help me? Second, what should I think about instead? Third, why do I feel this way? Fourth, how do I feel better?
You can see I made it to step four.
Now I am going to finish my water, take my music, and go for a walk. See you in a few minutes.
